The Low Cost Palletizer is a robotic palletizing system in which the target pallet sits directly on the floor. The lift-truck operator must remove the completed pallet from the cell and place an empty pallet back into the cell. The Low Cost Palletizer comes in two forms; the 1100 in which there is one target pallet and the robot must stop and wait for the lift-truck operator to remove the completed pallet and the 1200 in which there is two target pallets so that the robot palletizes one target pallet while the lift-truck operator is servicing the other.
The Modular Palletizing System is a robotic palletizing system in which the target pallet sits on a feed-through pallet conveyor. In this case, the lift-truck operator would load an empty pallet on the conveyor and remove the completed pallet from the conveyor anytime in the pallet build cycle. The Modular Palletizing System is unique in the industry in that you can add options to the base cell at anytime. These options include an additional outfeed conveyor and bar coding technology to process two products at once, pallet dispensers, slipsheet carts and stretch-wrapping equipment.
