Trillium Automation’s Modular Palletizing System is a robotic palletizing system 
primarily used to stack one or two products at a time. In this system, the pallet sits on a conveyor while the robot picks product from the infeed conveyor and places them on the pallet until the pallet is fully stacked. When the robot is done stacking product on the pallet, the pallet is automatically transferred out of the cell while at the same time an empty pallet is transferred to the pallet build station.
The Modular Palletizing System is capable of stacking a huge variety of packaging types including corrugated cases and trays, poly and kraft bags, shrink-wrapped 
bundles as well as pails. The modular palletizing system is designed to perform approximately 20 picks per minute of a single product. The Modular Palletizing System is unique in the industry as options can be added at any time.
Options for the Modular Palletizing System include additional infeed and pallet conveyor to palletize two products at once, pallet dispenser, slipsheet station and automatic product change-over. Customizations of the standard system include picking more than one package at a time to increase throughput, automatic download of production schedule, pallet height sensing and even a low temperature variant for coolers and freezers.
