Low Cost Palletizer

This video shows a system palletizing kraft/poly bags but with a change of tools the system can easily corrugated cases, tray packs, shrink-wrapped bundles, plastic pails or reusable totes. This system measures the height of the pallet as it is being palletized because the bags change thickness throughout the manufacturing process. The typical Low Cost Palletizer can handle 20 picks minute.

Gantry Palletizing System

This video shows our gantry style system palletizing corrugated cases. The Gantry Palletizing System is used where a small system is needed because of limitations with available floor space. This video shows a system with two gantry style robots palletizing four different product with an additional four manual palletizing lanes. The typical Gantry Palletizing System with one robot can handle one or two products at a time at a rate of 14 to 16 cases per minute.

Custom Palletizing Systems

This video shows a custom palletizing system capable of palletizing nine products at once. This system was custom designed pick over 42 different case sizes and handle both GMA and CHEP pallets. The system utilizes bar code technology to sort the product from the trunk-line into the appropriate palletizing lane and to automatically change the programs when new product comes into the system.

Pallet Dispenser

This video shows a pallet dispenser that is capable of dispensing either CHEP or GMA pallets. The pallet dispenser can be retrofitted to existing systems and customized to handle other sizes or types of pallets.

Sheet Stacker

This video shows a flat plastic sheet stacking system that was installed on an existing extrusion line as well as another sheet stacker that was installed on a new extrusion line. Each system is capable of handling hundreds of different sheet sizes as well as sheets with film added to the surface.
