Trillium Automation’s Low Cost Palletizer is a robotic palletizing system that is primarily used to stack one product at a time. In this system, the pallet sits directly on the floor while the robot picks product from the infeed 
conveyor and places them on the pallet until the pallet is fully stacked. The robot then waits for the lift-truck operator to remove the completed pallet and exchange it with an empty pallet before continuing the palletizing process.
Optionally, another target pallet can be added to the system so that the robot palletizes one target pallet while the lift-truck operator is servicing the other.

The Low Cost Palletizer is capable of stacking a huge variety of packaging types including corrugated cases and trays, poly and kraft bags, shrink-wrapped bundles as well as pails. The low cost palletizer system is designed to perform approximately 20 picks per minute of a single product. Customizations of the standard system include picking more than one package at a time to increase throughput, adding a slipsheet station, pallet height sensing and even a low temperature variant for coolers and freezers.
